Fraud Charges

On 9/30/04 My bank account was charged $430.00 by 3 different people. I contacted paypal to let them know that these were fraud charges, I did not send money to these people. Paypal told me my account was not accessed by any third party, so who sent the money to these people???.  I did not have this money in the bank but the bank paid it anyway. And pay pal reversed the charges, now these people are saying that i am frauding them. What a night mare, if there was not a third party intrusion then it must have been someone from paypal that sent them this money.
