My business is on standstill because of limited Paypal account
My business is registered in an African country as that is where we source from, and we are a fair trade business trying to do the right thing by our staff. I am British with an address here (travel between the two countries) and we had a Paypal account for our web sales. This has been limited and I have made countless phone calls, sent a number of emails and uploaded various documents to try and get it unlimited – but have now heard that they are not going to change their mind (but are keeping our money for six months!). They gave me two phone numbers that I am sure didn’t work as I called dozens of times and they were never not engaged. I am sooooo frustrated!!!
