Buyer changes his mind and opens dispute
I sold a vintage guitar. Listed 12 pictures on my ebay listing. Buyer said he played and adjusted guitar but that truss rod was broke. I said I wouldn’t accept back as he played and adjusted after saying originally that it arrived non-functionable. He filed a case and I esculated it thinking I would easily win a his only defense was the saying the pictures clearly showed the truss rod hanging down into the soundhole and that the same pictures showed numerous stress cracks all over the guitar…..these are the same pictures I had posted on the auction he used to bid on and won the auction. WHAT! Nobody, including the buyer, asked any questions about supposed damgaes that the pictures clearly showed. Thus, paypal has frozen $498.00…that is BS! I would have thought this was an easy win for me since the buyer does not have a leg to stand on. This buyer is using Paypal to commit fraud and paypal is allowing it. My pictures clearly show the guitars condition and his only evidence is the pictures I used in my listing.

PayPal Questions?

Seems like you are another victim of paypal scam. They have no protection for the sellers. Obviously they picturs showed the condition of the guitar so he knew what he was getting. This is how paypal makes their money. Scamming people out of lots of money. I hate this comp[nay and all their crazt antics
This buyer is an idiot and Paypal is being an even bigger idiot. This is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard a buyer do. And for Paypal to freeze your account is crazy. They should ban the buyer from ever using paypal or ebay again and leave you alone. How long will you have to wait for your money?
I sold an Ipad on ebay. Payment was received from paypal. I shipped the item at the address asked by the buyer. Now the buyer has filed dispute with CC company for the charges and paypal is asking me to refund the money. I already showed fedex receipts and other evidence to paypal including the emails from this buyer but they are not willing to reverse the charges now. The buyer id on ebay is susanbrewer2010
