Buyer Protection crap!!!

On bricklink (a store where individuals sell and buy legos), I ordered a lego set from a seller. The seller make a mistake on the shipping process and the item got mailed back to him. The seller emailed me stating that I should pay another $20 to have it delivered. I declined and asked for my money back. He blackmailed me saying “Cancel all negative feedbacks on the store and on paypal then I will send you back your item”

I opened a case on Paypal and escalated it to a claim. According to Paypal, if the seller does not respond within 10 days, I get my money back. The seller did not respond and it has been more than 10 days and I have not yet got my money back!

I emailed Paypal several times but nothing!

Also they mentioned that I have zero documents uploaded and there is no upload button! How dumb is that!
