PayPal has frozen my account, telling me I have to verify my checking account which I have several times.
But they still limited my account. I can still receive money, but I can't tranfer the funds into my bank account or use them at all for whatever purpose I need to
..They won't answer my emails and when I call them, I'm on hold for over an hour before I hang up.
How can they do this? They should be banned from service.
