I used to work there 6 months ago. I found that if the buyer does a chargeback after they get the item, 99% of the time, the seller loses the item AND THEIR MONEY. It’s true! By law, if a credit card company requests the money back because of a chargeback, PayPal takes the money out of the sellers account and gives it to the credit card company. So what protection, you may ask, does the seller have? None. I finally quit because of the lies we were told to tell the customers.

    I just got screwed exactly like you said. I lost my item and over $800 on top of that. Spoke to multiple Paypal representative over the phone, everyone is sympathetic, but no one is willing to do anything about it. I asked for credit card company’s name and phone number, so I can dispute with the credit card company directly. They would not give that to me either. This is a huge lope hole, and apparently some con artists are very skilled at exploring.

    So sad, that they made you lie to so many people! You did the right thing in leaving a company that only conducts fraud and scammes their clients.
    I wouldn’t have the heart to continue to work their either. That is a pretty low in thier part. I really hope that they go out of business real soon. you can only lie so much, and before you know it catches up to you.
