If The Vendor Defrauds
By Jeremy
Fraudsters have figured out PayPal and eBay. They are now designing their transactions so that complaints will not come in until after the abritrary deadlines set by these organizations.
Further, once fraud is determined, PayPal (and eBay) do nothing to protect the next consumer.
Knowing the vendor has defrauded, PayPal can easily freeze the fraudster’s account so that the next customers is not victimized. Rather, they let the fraudster continue.
I am out $1000 because of this new scheme and PayPal will take no responsibility. Neither will eBay.
They are enablers who are unfortunately, ruining ecommerce for so many people.
