Knock On Wood

Writer Wishes To Remain Anonymous

PayPal insisted I had an account and repeatedly accepted eBay payments on my behalf (before eBay purchased PayPal). They would not return the fraudulent funds to my customers. No amount of phone calls and conversations (30 hours worth) would change their minds. I needed to give them my bank, credit card info and a copy of my drivers license before they would look into it. I pointed out if I actually had an account they would already have this info.

I finally contacted the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office and the matter was handled right away…until the following month when it started over again. Took another letter to the Attorney General. “Knock on wood” I have not heard from them for 2 months now; and do not miss them!
