Paypal Limited Account for Too many disputes

Recently I’ve been receiving many items from ebay sellers that have been faulty and I decided to open up cases because the items I received were faulty. What did paypal do! They blocked my account permanently because they say I opened too many cases up and they are losing money so they no longer want to do business with me. So my question is shouldn’t I be entitled to open up a case under paypal and ebay protection if I received faulty items. What they are saying is if I have other cases open and I receive another faulty item I shouldn’t open up a case because currently there are cases open. Basically they are saying at one point I should stop opening cases because I received a faulty item and just accept that I lost the money I paid for the item. PayPal is everything that is wrong with ebay!

I’ve had the same problem and this is just ridiculous…By the way, there are lots of dirty sellers out there. I buy hardware mainly graphic cards/cpus and sometimes i get cards that don’t boot, that have lots of dust and dirty spots, no proof of purchase, broken, that don’t work well meaning that i’ve opened lots of disputes because these sellers just ignore my messages which is insane…
