At first we thought issue could be resolved in 3~5 business days, but after 3~5 business days, there’s anohter 3~5 business days.
Emailing them and calling them were basically useless, they had no idea what was going on whatsoever.
Every email we received were meaningless. Saying that there were some outstanding issue to resolve, and NEVER told what exactly were those issues! Our funds gets held for 1 month by now. No cash flow meanings no business. This issue increases tremendous amount of follow-up work, echecks were being canceled, customers complaints, orders delayed, and been left NEGATIVE feedbacks!
Our company is going out of business due to this issue. WE KID YOU NOT! NEVER USE PAYPAL!
