I bought a product from the seller website. It's supposed to be delivered via email or instant download but I never received it. So, I filed a complaint. Waiting for 2 days! I received that email from PayPal. I don't know what the Seller told PayPal or relationship between them. I still don't know what was going on! PayPal said, they were unable to solve this problem and did not refund my money.
PayPal really sucks!
