How to get PayPal’s attention, worked for me

I submitted a payment via PayPal and never received a confirmation E-mail. My credit card shows the payment was made. Then I decided to contact PayPal and realized that PayPal has no toll free number and brother you have to dig to find PayPal’s customer service number.

Oh and if you do not have a PayPal account then contacting PayPal via the Internet is almost impossible.

Well I found a way to send PayPal a message and in my message I stated that apparently PayPal has not been in the crosshairs of the Federal Trade Commission yet and maybe such an experience would help PayPal get their affairs in order. Apparently mentioning filing complaints with the FTC is something that PayPal dreads.

If all of the people who have had issues with PayPal start filing on-line complaints with the FTC, then maybe PayPal would have to change how they operate.

Kudos to you for finding a way of getting their attention. I refuse to ever try and contact paypal again after the ordeal they put me through. I shipped a custom built item to India, surprise surprise a month later they guy charges everything back claiming the item was not as desired. Paypal sided with the buyer despite my refund policy and tracking info.
