Paypal’s lies about chargeback assistance

Someone requested a chargeback and I KNOW that they were the one that paid for the order because their paypal information corresponds with the information provided on my website. Paypal clearly states on its website that:

Buyer requests chargeback from credit card company.
Buyer’s credit card company notifies PayPal’s merchant bank of the chargeback and debits funds from PayPal.
PayPal places funds related to the chargeback on a temporary hold from seller’s PayPal account.
PayPal immediately emails seller for additional information that can be used to dispute the chargeback.

All chargebacks are actually a process initiated outside of PayPal.

THIS IS ALL BULL CRAP THAT PAYPAL WRITES ON THEIR WEBSITE.
I HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION FROM PAYPAL AND NO HELP EITHER. YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR POLICY ON LINE AND STOP LYING. IF ANYONE CAN MAKE A PURCHASE THEN CLAIM FRAUD SO THEY END UP WITH GOODS AND MONEY, WHAT PURPOSE DOES PAYPAL SERVE?

I CALLED FOR MORE INFORMATION AND I WAS ON HOLD FOR 35 MINUTES. 35 MINUTES. IT’S NOT TOLL FREE. AND UNTIL NOW, NOONE HAS OFFERED ASSISTANCE. BE THANKFUL THERE ARE NOT MANY OTHER OPTIONS BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY REASON PAYPAL IS STILL IN BUSINESS
