Powerseller banned from eBay for low DSR’s

I sold on Ebay for 10 years.  I had over 5000 positive feedback with a 92.2%.  Then I had a couple of complaints and Ebay suspended my account indefinitely because they said that me “DSR’s” were too low!  I asked what that meant they did not offer much of an explanation except to read the account agreement.  I asked if I could appeal, and they said that this could not be appealed.  They said if I opened any new accounts they would also be closed.  It has been nearly 8 years, and I called to inquire.  They told me that I “was finished!”  I asked what does that mean?  They said it means I was finished selling forever.  This is absolutely the craziest thing I have ever heard of.  At my beast I was selling about $4000 a month, and my Ebay bill was nearly that.  So it could be thought of as a blessing in disguise, although I need it to be my choice.
