IN AUGUEST 2013 A CUSTOMER ORDERED AND I SHIPPED 1 SANSUI QUAD AMPLIFIER AND WITH SHIPPING IT COST 217.00. THE MAN PAID AND I SHIPPED IT THROUGH THE POST OFFICE AND I PROVIDED THE TRACKING NUMBER AND I PAID TO HAVE IT INSURED.

8/22 THE PACKAGE WAS LEFT AT THE ADDRESS PROVIDED. CUSTOMER MADE NO REQUEST TO HAVE THIS ITEM SHIPPED WITH A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. THIS ITEM COST LESS THAN 250.00 SO I WAS INLINE WITH THE CURRENT SHIPPING POLICY. 8/28 I RECEIVE A EMAIL FROM THE CUSTOMER GIVING ME 4 NAMES THAT CAN SIGN FOR IT BUT IF SOMEONE NAMED MAX SHOULD SIGN FOR IT, IT IS FRAUD. I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER AND TOLD HIM DELIVERY WAS MADE 8/22. THE CUSTOMER CONTACTED PAYPAL AND MY ACCOUNT WAS FROZEN.

I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER TO JUST FILE A POLICE REPORT AND FILE A CLAIM FORM 1000 WITH THE POST OFFICE AND FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM. THE CUSTOMER WOULD DO ANY OF THAT. MY SHIPPING SCORE WENT DOWN AND MY SHOP BECAME BELOW STANDARD. EBAY PAID THE CUSTOMER UNDER EBAY BUYER PROTECTION. MY ACCOUNT WAS PUT INTO THAT MODE THAT ANY PURCHASES WERE MADE THE FUNDS COULD BE HELD UP TO 21 DAYS. PAYPAL FROZE MY ABILITY TO PAY MY EBAY MONTHLY CHARGES AND THEY ATTACKED MY SECONDARY ACCOUNT.

I WAS INFORMED THAT BECAUSE MY SHIPPING SCORE WAS BELOW STANDARD I WAS SUSPENDED TO SELL ON EBAY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. MY SELLING LIMIT WAS REDUCED TO ZERO.I STILL HAD TO PAY THE FEES EVEN WHEN NO ONE COULD FIND THEM ANYMORE. 9/1 I WAS CHARGED OVER 237.00, 10/1 I WAS CHARGED OVER 237.00 AND 11/1 FINAL BILL OF 87.00. I BASICALLY GOT KICKED IN THE HEAD FOR ABOUT 1100.00 +/- AND CANNOT SELL AGAIN ON EBAY.

I ENCOUNTERED FEEDBACK EXTORTION, CUSTOMERS MAKING ORDERS AND THEN CANCELING THE ORDER AND I EAT ALL THE SHIPPING FEES. IN FACT EVERY CUSTOMER THAT HAD A REASON WOULD GET THEIR MONEY BACK WITH SHIPPING. I KNOW TO DATE IO HAVE LOST ABOUT 2000.00 IN INVENTORY. I AM ON DISABILITY AND A NAVY VETERAN ON DISABILITY WHEN I STARTED MESSING WITH THIS EBAY THING.IT WAS A F——- NIGHTMARE WITH SOME OF THESE PEOPLE THAT CAME OUT OF THE WOODWORK. DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS WHEN THE ITEM IS OUT OF YOUR CONTROL YOUR SCREWED IF THEY DROP THE CARTON FROM AN CONVEYOR BELT 30 FEET UP IN THE AIR. EVERYTHING I SHIP WAS INSURED ON MY DIME. IF THE CUSTOMER WOULD NOT FILE THE CLAIM I WOULD BE STUCK WITH THE SHIPPING RETURN COST AND THEN I HAD TO WAIT 30 DAYS TILL I GOT MY MONEY. EBAY AND PAYPAL DID NOT WANT TO HANDLE ANY ISSUES I HAD. IN FACT I ENDED UP BEING EBAY’S PROBLEM CHILD.

IF EVERY SELLER WOULD PULL OUT OF EBAY, EBAY WOULD FIND OUT REAL QUICK THEY OFFER NOTHING, THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHIP, THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SELL, THE SELLERS ARE BEING SCREWED EVERYDAY AND IT MAY NEVER STOP.
