Signature confirmation requirement hidden in User Agreement

I shipped out  19oz of silver threw the post office. I sold it on Ebay which the guy payed me threw Paypal. The guy complained about the shipping cost so I told him I’ll do what I can. I shipped it in a big envelope put shipping confirmation to make sure it was delivered. Check the email said it was delivered 10am Friday. Guy on the other end claims I sent him an empty package, which if you looked at the shipping weight it was 20oz an empty package is not 20oz it’d be like 1oz if that. So dude brings up a claim threw Paypal I lose it and the reason I lost it because I didn’t put a signature confirmation I shipped out  19oz of silver threw the post office. Hell if it was so important that shit should be in BOLD LETTERING so you know to do that so when a guy on the other end try’s to screw you, you don’t get screwed. Plus Ebay takes fees out then Paypal which they work together agai

There are so many “requirements” hidden in the Paypal user agreement. I got taken by a damn scam artist because he knew that paypal would let him keep the product I shipped him AND give him the money back. Who lost out….me, the honest seller! They told me to review the user agreement as well. They can kiss my ass. I lost out this time but it will not happen again because I refuse to accept paypal!
