They Froze My Account!

Last week I cut a deal to sell one of my old notebooks and a printer to someone locally. He paid me via paypal, and after recieving payment, I met him locally to deliver the products.
The next day, I get an email from PayPal saying they had frozen the funds because there was a problem with the buyers account. Apparently someone that he had sold something to filed a complaint against him, and since he had paid me with those funds, they froze the money in MY account.
Now, if I were to pay someone for something, and they were to go to WalMart and buy something else, could I get my money back from WalMart? I think not, but that is exactly what PayPal just did to me. They took $605 from my account that I earned legally and legit, just because the person I sold items to is suspected of ripping someone else off.
