Won’t Accept Complaints

I sold a cue to a customer that was quite unique, it was a special John Parris cue, it got lost in the post, and the buyer complained, I refunded straight away, but as I was refunding he complained item not arrived, I did not know the paypal system, so when  paypal said what do I want to do, I refunded again, by pressing refund, not knowing he would get another $340 then he complained again or paypal got it wrong and asked for the money again.

I did not know that you had to prove you had refunded twice before, so when I ignored it they paid him again, now I am $610 out on the deal, so I contacted them, and that took months, just for them to say it was my mistake not them, and do not contact us again about this, as we do not have time for complaints from people like me,
