How Does PayPal Make Money With My Money?

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, there are approx. 100,000 complaints outstanding at PayPal (Are any of these yours?). In many instances disputes can run on for months leaving people frustrated and out of pocket as they are unable to access their accounts. So what happens to the millions of dollars tied up in frozen accounts and disputes? Well, here is a clip from the San Francisco Chronicle that basically sums it up:

U.S. District Judge Jeremy Fogel of San Jose refused to dismiss a lawsuit that seeks class-action status on behalf of thousands of PayPal customers nationwide. A common allegation is that the company brushes off or stalls customer grievances for months and meanwhile freezes the customer's account and pockets the interest (So that's how they make their money!). No wonder they freeze so many accounts!

paypal have suspended my account with no warning, i have traded on ebay for 2 years with 2 ebay accounts and have very good feedback, and they have earned plenty from me but the reason they have suspended my account 3 years ago i had a adult webpage i only had paypal in words on it it was not linked to paypal has i did not have an account then. has i keep saying to paypal it was setup on a whim and i have not had an account with that ISP for over 2 years and there is no files on my computer. so i cannot delete the page.

I have asked ther help many times what can i do but it meets on deaf ears. they have got my money which is causing me real hardship. i have never made any money or had any payments off that webpage to paypal all my trade on paypal has been ebay honest trade i have the feedback to back me up but that does not amount to anything with paypal, they have gone down in my estimation.
